Homework Images

When you upload homework images:

• Images are sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis
• Images are processed in memory only
• Images are NOT saved to our servers
• Images are deleted immediately after processing

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide the Service and generate educational guidance
• Authenticate your account and maintain security
• Process subscription payments through Paddle
• Track usage limits (5 free scans per day)
• Communicate important service updates
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share minimal data with trusted third parties:

Google Gemini AI

• Homework images are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing
• Google processes images according to their Privacy Policy
• We use Google's API for educational purposes only

Paddle (Payment Processor)

• Payment information is handled entirely by Paddle
• We receive subscription status updates via webhooks
• We do NOT store credit card information
• Paddle's Privacy Policy applies to payment data

Railway (Hosting Provider)

• The Service is hosted on Railway's cloud infrastructure
• Railway may log access for security and performance monitoring

• Passwords: Hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Authentication: JWT tokens with secure HTTP headers
• Data Persistence: Account data stored in encrypted JSON format

• Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active
• Homework Images: Deleted immediately after analysis (not retained)
• Usage Logs: Maintained for service operation and debugging
